NEW NORMAL BAR AND KITCHEN Railway Parade, Subiaco
project BLAK designed and converted The S.Huggs heritage building into a sustainable restaurant with a rooftop bar. Working with a large team of developers to create an eco hospitality venue and integrate it into the existing heritage space was a compelling journey. Complete design documentation was produced for approvals and construction.
The focus of our design was centred around using natural and sustainable products and finishes. The bars were built using rammed earth and recycled marble. Natural render finishes were used throughout and sustainable fittings incorporated where ever possible.
